General Rules & Regulations

1 Guest Fee  
  a) Club Entry Fee Rs.30 (Monday to Thursday)
  b) Club Entry Fee Rs.50 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
  c) Shuttle & Tennis Rs.150
  d) Billiards Rs.50 (for every half an hour )
  e) All other Facilities Rs.100
  f) Entry fee on specific Functions day As has been decided at that time
2 Bill payment Credit Period 30 Days from the date of Bill Due. Reminders sent by SMS on 25th and 31st and also by phone before first reminder process.
3 Credit limit Rs.15,000
4 Non Payment of bill-Process leading to Termination First Reminder: Immediately after the due date with grace period of 30 days from the date of Reminder followed by SMS.
    Second Reminder: 15 days after the First Reminder with the grace period of 30 days from the date of Reminder followed by SMS and phone call 2 days earlier to the end of grace period.
5 Guest Entry 6 Times a Month (Dependent Children cannot bring guests)
6 Temporary Card Rs.50
7 Charges for Non Return of Temporary Card Rs.300
8 Late Fee Charges 1st 15 Minutes - Rs.100
Additional 15 Minutes - Rs.200

Circular - Dress Regulation

Dress worn by Members shall be clean, neat and presentable and unless otherwise specified by circulars issued by the Hon.Secretary on specified occasions, Members shall attire themselves as follows:

Men:

   Slacks, shirts or jacket and trousers; full dress suits; safari suits; Kurta with pyjamas (formal); jeans with jacket; dhoti, jubba, angavastram, confirming to traditional Tamil cultural style and collared T-shirts with collars. (Please note that round crew neck T Shirts are not allowed)

   Footwear: Boots, shoes, slippers but not bathroom/Hawai slippers), sandals.

Women:

   Sarees, skirts (not mini skirts / Micro Mini Skirts) and Tops, churidar, salwar kameez, jeans with jackets or jeans and slacks, pants and slacks and T- shirts.

   Footwear: Boots, shoes, slippers but not bathroom/Hawai slippers), sandals.

Note:

   No track pants are allowed for both men and women other than sports facilities.

  The above regulation is applicable to members and their guests.

Rules governing affiliated club members visiting our club under reciprocal arrangements

  •     Affiliated Club Members can visit our Club for 6 days at a stretch and 48 days in a year. The affiliated Club member must have a valid Membership Card of the affiliated Club to make use of our Club
  •    The Charges for a day to be paid as fee for visiting the Club is Rs.50/- (plus tax) and such affiliated Club member may be required to pay additional fee for utilizing the other facilities of the Club such as Gym, Swimming, billiards, canteen etc.,
  •    Affiliated Club Members are not allowed to bring in guests
  •    Affiliated Club Members can use the facilities of the Club by paying cash to settle their dues.
  •    An affiliated Club member on coming in to the Club should register himself in the office / reception and pay the fee and obtain a ‘Day Card’ before going to any facility and show the card on demand.
